Reed Flute Caves

Scrappy Monday, y'all!  Hope you had a good weekend.  We're starting off this Monday with some China pages!

The Reed Flute Caves are in Guilin (see the pictures here).  The rock formations are lit up with multicolored lights which is pretty cool.

I used a bunch of colors on my letters to mimic the colored rock formations.

Second layout for all the journaling!  Really simple layout on this one too, just putting six horizontal pictures in two rows, but I think it works.

Today's super-colorful palette includes Basic Black, Coastal Cabana, Lovely Lilac, Cucumber Crush, Crushed Curry, Strawberry Slush, and Very Vanilla.

That's it for today, kids.  I'm going to eat breakfast and then start cleaning up some stuff around the house.  Cheers, y'all!

Supplies, mostly SU!
Stamps:  Rough Type
Ink:  Basic Black
Paper:  Basic Black, Coastal Cabana, Lovely Lilac, Cucumber Crush, Crushed Curry, Strawberry Slush, Very Vanilla, Retro Fresh & Flowers for You DSP
Accessories:  Lettering Template

  1. So were there any SOUNDS made by the Reed Flute Cave? Thought maybe that's where it got its name. Hmmm. Pretty lights, though.

    Pretty colors for sure!!!
