Midnight greetings, ghoul friends! When we got home from our road trip last Saturday, I had several new stamp sets and dies in the mail, woo! Or should I say boo? I pulled one of the new stamp sets from Unity out to play with tonight, here's a card using {BOO} to You:
And I made this for the Just Us Girls mood board challenge:
I love this style of ghost artwork, I think it's sweet. I couldn't think of anything in my stash to mimic the texture of the cable knit sweater, so I pulled out a cozy plaid from the Howlstooth & Scaringbone DSP that I had never cut into before because it's time to stop hoarding.
And once again, this fits in the Color Hues Challenge:
I think the DSP had hues of Tangerine Tango and More Mustard in it, but I color-matched that particular plaid to Peach Pie and Timid Tiger. And while the pumpkin isn't the focus of this card, there is still a pumpkin on there for the fifth pumpkin card in a row. And I still have lots more pumpkins to ink up.
Stay spooky, friends!
Supplies:
Stamps: {BOO} to You from Unity Stamps
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Stampin' blends in Timid Tiger, Smoky Slate, Basic Black, Ivory
Paper: Timid Tiger, Peach Pie, Basic White, Howlstooth & Scaringbone DSP
Accessories: Nested Essentials dies, Monster Bash Enamel Shapes, Dimensionals

New goodies are always fun, especially on return from holiday too! This ghost with his pumpkin lantern is adorable - and the plaid makes for a great background. Looking forward to see what else you make with your new purchases!
Oh he's cute! Perfect for the challenge.
So delighted that your new goodies made their debut for these two challenges; perfect fits, in my view. The plaid background is a wonderful alternative to the sweater from the inspiration photo. Thank you for joining us at JUGS and Colour Hues.

SOOOO FUN!!!!!! I love this little ghost and all the plaid!
Now who wouldn't give that sweet ghostie oodles of candy on Halloween? I know I would. This is such a fun card, Christy. I do love that background plaid and the great shaped die cut landing spot for your images and sentiment. Super cute card. Thanks for sharing a second Halloween card with us at Color Hues!
That is the most adorable ghost I’ve seen on a card. She is just so sweet. Love the background paper. Thanks so much for playing with us at Cole Hues!
