Shades of Orange

Mornin' y'all!  How's your week going?  It's been busy here but I still have a card to share today:

I got out some old favorite stamps for the Retro Rubber Challenge:

Fall Whimsy (the leaf) has been in my stamping stash for TWENTY YEARS so it's really, really retro, and Lighthearted Leaves is eleven years old.  I was really tempted by a stamp that says "Fall is my favorite color" but I only got it a few weeks ago so I went for the retro stamp instead : )  The leaf panel is polished stone, made with Peekaboo Peach, Pumpkin Pie, and Tangerine Tango inks, I do love to trot that technique out every once in a while.  I was really inspired by the pic from Retro Rubber, that's what made me do everything in oranges!  I also CASEd this card by Brian King, though I kept mine simpler than his.  I was going to add some gems but it just seemed to want to stay as is.

That's it for now, peeps.  Have a great day!
