Halloween Kitty

Today is the day, y'all.  By the time this post goes live, the hubs should be in the operating room for brain surgery.  All prayers and positive vibes appreciated.  I will be up at the hospital until it's time to go pick Ryan up from school.

In the meantime, I have a CAS Halloween card.

Told you I had a card for the animal part of the Paper Players challenge:

And I used the sketch from Sunday Stamps:

That Halloween washi tape is the only washi tape I own, but I thought it would be perfect for the horizontal stripe on the card front.  You can't really see it in the picture (it was super overcast when I took the picture) but the kitty is embossed with shimmery black embossing powder, which ties in nicely with the glittery washi tape.  Also that tag is Lemon Lime Twist, the photo is skewing a bit more yellow even though I edited the photo.

That's it for me today, y'all.  Cheers.

Supplies:
Stamps:  Wonderfully Wicked
Ink:  Gorgeous Grape, Versamark
Paper:  Basick Black, Lemon Lime Twist
Accessories:  Shimmery Black EP, Stitched Nested Labels dies, double slot punch, 1/8" satin ribbon, Dimensionals

Such a perfect clean and simple card, Christy! I love the glittery washi. The shimmery black embossed kitty is the perfect focal point. Thank you for playing with The Paper Players this week. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your husband. Hugs...
