Midnight greetings, spooky friends! Tonight's card is dedicated to Ryan, who is obsessed with ducks (and has been for years at this point) and likes all other birds, particularly chickens--to the point where he complains if I'm making chicken for dinner. Behold the tweety bird:
I don't know why it hasn't occurred to Ryan that there might be a duck costume out there for Halloween, but I have a duck onesie in an Amazon wishlist and might get it for him for Christmas or his birthday. It's a thought. Anyway, you might not think of bright yellow as a typical Halloween color but I think Tweety here demands it.
Once again, I started with a CASE-ing Tuesday Sketch:
Hope you are enjoying the Hex-Travaganza, not much longer to go this year...and I'm sure I will be doing it again next year because I do love to make Halloween cards. Stay spooky, friends!

Yellow is TOTALLY a Halloween color. This duck is cute! :)
Kids are so funny. It's always interesting to me, that moment they realize they're eating *that animal, and we live by a lot of cow and sheep pastures, ha.
How adorable is this lol! I think the yellow base really works - especially as the hints of purple and the orange and black stripes are perfect for upping the Halloween ante! I hope Ryan loves this very appropriate Halloween card!
