A Paper Players Sketch by Yours Truly

Mornin' y'all!  Sunday means it's time for a new Paper Players challenge, and I am the hostess for this week's sketch:

I based this sketch off a card I made for a Nancy Drew challenge a while back because I liked how that card turned out and I thought this sketch would give "scope for the imagination" as Anne Shirley would say.  Then I had decision paralysis about what to make with the sketch and I made five cards over the course of last week.  Ryan voted this one his favorite:

Stef made a card with a seagull on it for last week's challenge and that made me want to get out Friendly Seagulls for a fun card.  I love his little wink!  The hubs picked this card:

Still using that Lovely Blossoms DSP and Words of Beauty stamp set that Joanne convinced me to buy!  I will share the other three cards tomorrow.

Hey y'all, here I am twice on the same day!  Being sick all of last week really put a crimp in my crafting plans and I did SO want to play along in the As You See It challenge, so here's my bird card:

I love Friendly Seagulls and I didn't play with it hardly at all during Sale-a-Bration.  I used the Hand Stamped Sentiments sketch:

My kid is obsessed with birds, especially ducks, so I had to play along with this one.  Okay, I'm going back up to enjoy my extra hour of crafty time while Ryan is doing STEM club.  Cheers!

Mornin' y'all!  Well, it snowed steadily all day yesterday and our high temp for today is 12 degrees, so Ryan has "distance learning" today.  Which just means he'll log on to a website and say hi to his teacher and that counts as school today.  Seems legit.  *rolls eyes*

Anyway, I have *finally* inked up a Sale-a-Bration stamp set and what took me so long?!
