Nachos: Flower Case

Happy Tuesday, peeps!  Yesterday we spent the entire day with the movers who were loading our stuff up on the truck...they didn't finish until 7:30, mostly because the truck driver talked incessantly and didn't do a lot while he was talking :p  But it's done now so I'm currently blogging from the floor.  At least we still have Internet!

And we still have the Nacho challenges!  This week it's a lovely bold bright color challenge:

As you probably know, the new Stampin' Up! catalog dropped today, and there is a card pictured in it that I just loved so I had to CASE it.  Here's my creation:

The original version in the catalog had different colors and the white card base was dry embossed, but I decided to simplify that a bit.  Take a look at the turquoise flower in the upper left corner--see the kinda speckled look it has?  Total accident.  Apparently my Tempting Turquoise ink pad is extra juicy, and that's how it came out after I stamped the flower off on scratch paper and then stamped it on my cardstock.  I liked the effect so I'm calling it a happy accident.

The other Nachos' creations should be up on the Nacho blog very soon, but in the meantime feel free to create your own Nacho-riffic card to share :)  Cheers, peeps!

Supplies, all SU!
Stamps:  Flower Patch
Ink:  Tempting Turquoise, Real Red, Old Olive, Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White
Paper:  Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White, Crumb Cake
Accessories:  Flower Fair Framelits, Rhinestones, Dimensionals
