You know what? It's been a while since my last card featuring By the Seashore...I just checked and my last seashell card was posted in February. What's up with that?! But I've got a new one for you today!
Believe it or not, I got the idea for the color combo from some lady's outfit I saw when I was out walking my dogs earlier this week. I used Coastal Cabana, Calypso Coral, and Midnight Muse, what do you think? Also, it's a bit hard to tell unless you click on the picture to see it larger, but I put a teeny tiny pearl in the center of each shell.
The sketch is courtesy of Create with Connie and Mary:
But of course I modified it a little to do three seashells. Well, two shells and a starfish.
Last night I had insomnia so I was on the computer just putting around when I realized that my photos--particularly for scrapbook pages--were showing up really small. After some tinkering around I figured out how to make them bigger, which makes me happy because it's easier to see details without clicking on the photos. So I hope that makes you happier too :)
Thanks for stopping by today!
